ABSTRAK PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN MANAJER PROYEK PADA KINERJA PEKERJAAN KONSTRUKSI JALAN R. Agoes Soerjanto, Program Studi Teknik Sipil, Program Pascasarjana, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang, 30 Januari 2023 Pembimbing: (1) Prof. Dr. Ir. Sutanto Hidayat, MT, (2) Ir. Maranatha W., ST., MMT., PhD., IPU Kinerja terbaik menjadi sebuah kunci keberhasilan pada proyek konstruksi jalan. Banyak hal yang menjadi faktor keberhasilan sebuah kinerja proyek konstruksi salah satunya merupakan gaya kepemimpinan manajer proyek, oleh sebab itu tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan pada kinerja dari pekerja proyek konstruksi jalan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam pada masing-masing informan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk penentuan informan, sehingga diperoleh sejumlah 10 informan. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh manajer pada proyek konstruksi jalan adalah gaya kepemimpinan partisipasi yang memberikan ruang atau kesempatan kepada mandor dan pekerja untuk menyumbangkan ide atau gagasan untuk nantinya diputuskan secara bersama-sama atau diputuskan oleh manajer proyek. Kinerja pekerja proyek konstruksi jalan saat ini cukup baik dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Gaya kepemimpinan partisipasi memiliki pengaruh yang baik pada kinerja para pekerja proyek konstruksi jalan, Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan partisipasi memberikan dampak yang baik pada kinerja pekerja proyek konstruksi jalan. Dari hal ini juga dapat disarankan untuk mempertahankan cara memimpin pada proyek tersebut. Many things are a factor in the success of a construction project performance, one of which is the leadership style of the project manager, therefore the purpose of this study is to measure how leadership style influences the performance of road construction project workers. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods by conducting in?depth interviews with each informant. In this study using purposive sampling technique to determine informants, so that a number of 10 informants were obtained. The results of this study include the leadership style applied by managers in road construction projects is a participatory leadership style which provides space or opportunity for foremen and workers to contribute ideas or ideas to be decided jointly or decided by the project manager. The performance of road construction project workers is currently quite good with satisfactory results. Participatory leadership style has a good influence on the performance of road construction project workers, Based on this, it can be concluded that the participatory leadership style has a good impact on the performance of road construction project workers.
