ABSTRAK Rizky Wijayanto, Program Studi Magister Teknik Sipil, Program Pascasarjana, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang, Desember 2022, Analisis Dampak Pembangunan Jembatan Ngujang 2 Terhadap Pengembangan Wilayah Kabupaten Tulungagung (Studi Kasus Desa Pucunglor, Kecamatan Ngantru ? Desa Bukur, Kecamatan Sumbergempol), Tesis, Pembimbing : ( I ) Prof. Dr. Ir. Lalu Mulyadi, M.T., ( II ) Dr. Ir. Lies Kurniawati Wulandari, M.T. Jembatan Ngujang 2 merupakan jembatan alternatif yang bisa digunakan menuju pusat Kabupaten Tulungagung yang baru diresmikan tanggal 4 Januari 2019 oleh presiden Ir. Joko Widodo. Dengan diresmikan jembatan Ngujang 2 dapat mengurangi minimnya jembatan penghubung yang dipisahkan oleh sungai brantas untuk menuju pusat Kabupaten Tulungagung. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis perbedaan tingkat aksesibilitas masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah pembangunan Jembatan Ngujang 2, menganalisis pengaruh pembangunan Jembatan Ngujang 2 dan aksesibilitas terhadap pengembangan wilayah, menganalisis persepsi masyarakat mengenai hasil pembangunan Jembatan Ngujang 2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan model regresi, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan data sekunder berasal dari Instansi terkait seperti Dinas Perhubungan, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Tata Ruang, dan Badan Pendapatan Daerah. Data sekunder meliputi peta topografi dan profil desa terkait. Teknik pengolahan datan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program komputer SPSS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa perbedaan tingkat aksesibilitas masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah pembangunan jembatan Ngujang 2 yaitu intensitas perjalanan (Z -3,416), waktu tempuh (Z -7,213) dan biaya transportasi (Z -5,203), memiliki perubahan yang baik. Tingkat aksesibilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan wilayah Desa Pucunglor, Kecamatan Ngantru dan Desa Bukur, Kecamatan Sumbergempol, Kabupaten Tulungagung. Persepsi masyarakat dari hasil pembangunan jembatan mendapatkan hasil persepsi yang baik meliputi pemilihan lokasi jembatan, manfaat pembangunan dan fungsi bangunan konstruksi jembatan Ngujang 2 Tulungagung Kata kunci : pembangunan jembatan, pengembangan wilayah ABSTRACT Rizky Wijayanto, Master of Civil Engineering Study Program, Postgraduate Program, National Institute of Technology Malang, December 2022, Analysis of the Impact Construction Ngujang 2 Bridge for the Regional Development in Tulungagung Regency (Case Study of Pucunglor Village, Ngantru District ? The Ngujang 2 Bridge is an alternative bridge that used to go to the center of Tulungagung Regency was already inaugurated on January 4, 2019, by President Ir. Joko Widodo. The inauguration of the Ngujang 2 Bridge can reduce the shortage of connecting bridges separated by the Brantas River toward the center of Tulungagung Regency. This study's purpose was to analyze the differences in the level of community accessibility before and after the construction, to analyze the effect of growth and accessibility of Ngujang 2 Bridge on regional development, and to analyze the public's perception of the construction results of Ngujang 2 Bridge. The research methods used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis and regression models, with types of case study research using primary data collection techniques through interviews and secondary data coming from related agencies such as the Department of Transportation, the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning, and the Regional Revenue Agency. Secondary data includes topographic maps and profiles of related villages. The datan processing technique in this study uses the SPSS computer program. The results of the study stated that the difference in the level of community accessibility before and after the construction of the Ngujang 2 bridge, they?re travel intensity (Z -3.416), travel time (Z -7.213) and transportation costs (Z -5.203), had a good changes. The level of accessibility has a significant effect on the development of the area of Pucunglor Village, Ngantru District and Bukur Village, Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency. Public perception of the results of the bridge construction obtained good perception results including selection of the bridge location, the benefits of development and the function of the Ngujang 2 Tulungagung bridge construction.
