Abstract :
PENGARUH PERBEDAAN UMUR SIMPAN DAN JENIS TELUR PADA PENGENCER TRIS KUNING TELUR TERHADAP KUALITAS SEMEN BEKU SAPI LIMOSIN YOGI HARI ANGGARA NIM : 13021009 INTISARI1 Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur simpan dan jenis telur pada pengencer tris kuning telur terhadap kualitas semen beku sapi limosin yang meliputi gerak massa spermatozoa, motilitas individu spermatozoa, dan abnormalitas spermatozoa. Semen sapi limosin yang digunakan sebanyak 18 ml dari tiga kali penampungan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Balai Besar Inseminasi Buatan Singosari (BBIB) Malang pada tanggal 12 Maret sampai 12 April 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial 2x3x3 dengan faktor (A) umur simpan telur (kelompok umur simpan 1 dan kelompok umur simpan 2); dan faktor (B) jenis telur (telur ayam buras, telur ayam ras, dan telur itik). Penelitian ini menggunakan 6 perlakuan dari kombinasi faktor A dan faktor B dengan 3 kali ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dari penggunaan umur simpan telur dan jenis telur pada pengencer tris kuning telur terhadap kualitas semen beku sapi limosin dianalisi dengan analisis vaiansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh perbedaan umur simpan telur pada gerak massa, motilitas individu dan abnormalitas berbeda tidak nyata sedangkan pengaruh perbedaan jenis telur pada gerak massa, motilitas individu dan abnormalitas berbeda tidak nyata. Rerata gerak massa dari faktor (A) kelompok umur 1 : 1 (+), dan kelompok umur 2 : 1 (+); faktor (B) telur ayam buras : 1 (+), telur ayam ras : 1 (+), dan telur itik : 1 (+). Rerata motilitas individu dari faktor (A) kelompok umur 1 : 17,55, dan kelompok umur 2 : 17,11; faktor (B) telur ayam buras : 15,16, telur ayam ras : 15,83, dan telur itik : 21,00. Rerata abnormalitas dari faktor (A) kelompok umur 1 : 15,88 dan kelompok umur 2:16,11; faktor (B) telur ayam buras : 16,50, telur ayam ras : 15,83, dan telur itik: 15,66. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada interaksi antara faktor (A) umur simpan telur dan faktor (B) jenis telur terhadap kualitas semen beku sapi limosin. Disimpulkan bahwa perbedaan kualitas telur dari kedua umur simpan telur dan perbedaan komposisi dari ketiga jenis telur tidak memberikan perbedaan terhadap kualitas semen beku sapi limosin. Using 18 ml semen limousine from three times shelter. This research conducted in Balai Besar Inseminasi Buatan (BBIB) Malang on 12 March to 12 April 2017. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 2x3 factorial pattern with factor (A) egg shelf life (age group 1 and age age group 2); and factor (B) the types of egg (lokal chicken egg, chicken egg, and duck egg). This research used 6 treatment from combination of factor A and factor B with 3 times repecation. The Data obtained from egg shelf life and the types of egg in yolk tris diluents on the quality of frozen beef limousine sement in variance analysis. The results showed that the influence of difference egg shelf life on mass motion, individual motility and abnormality are not significant and the influence of different types of eggs on mass motion, individual motility and abnormality have no significant differences. The mean of mass motion of factor (A) age group 1: 1 (+), and age group 2: 1 (+); Factor (B) local chicken egg: 1 (+), chicken age: 1 (+), and duck egg: 1 (+). The mean individual motility of factor (A) age group 1: 17,55, and age group 2: 17,11; Factor (B) local chicken egg: 15,16, chicken egg: 15.83, and duck egg: 21.00. The Mean of abnormality of factor (A) age group 1: 15,88 and age group 2: 16,11; Factor (B) local chicken egg: 16.50, chicken egg: 15.83, and duck egg: 15.66. The results showed that there was no interaction between factor (A) egg shelf life and factor (B) The types of egg against the quality of frozen limousine cement. It could be concluded that the differences in egg quality from both egg shelf life and the differences in composition of the three egg types did not make any difference against the quality of frozen limousine cement.
