Abstract :
This research is a case study research conducted in 2022. The purpose of this study is to assess whether leadership, discipline and work competence affect employee performance. To obtain data, this study used a questionnaire technique with a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis using multiple linear analysis. The results of the research and data processing show that leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, while discipline and competence have no positive effect on CV Juke Abadi employee performance. However, leadership, discipline, and competence simultaneously influence the performance of CV Juke Abadi employees.
