Abstract :
The bank is a financial institution that have function to collect the funds from the people in the form or savings, current accounts, deposits, and loans to the public in the form loans. In addition to the main business is providing credit services to customers. One of the products on offer by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesian Unit Tuban Kota is a credit of Kupedes Rakyat. This study was conducted to determine how the implementation of the creditKupedes Rakyat in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Tuban Kota. Of the execution must meet the established procedure. In this discussion there is also an explanation of any terms and conditions of credit application, how the mechanism of credit application, credit, determination ceiling, installment payments, and repayment installments. Of implementation problems that occur credit of kupedesrakyat is installment payment arrears caused by a decline in operating income of the debtor. Then these problem is holding coaching clients. Of the conclusions and suggestions that the banks should be more careful and selective in performing credit analysis, the need for good relations between the bank and its customers. With good relations can improve the achievement of objectives in the field of credit by the bank. Key word : credits, execution of credit.
