Abstract :
Employee performance is the value of a series behaviors that contribute, both positively and negatively, to the achievement of goals in a company. This study attempts to examine the effect of work environment, motivation, and leadership style on employee performance in PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling. A survey method was used to get respondents from each employee in PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. The data were collected using the online survey method. Data were analyzed using a statistical method, namely SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that the work environment, motivation, and leadership style have a significant positive influence on the leadership style of employee performance in PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. The implication of this research is it is suggested to improve employee performance, and therefore employees must have a good work environment. Employees must also have high motivation and have a good leadership style.
