Abstract :
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Reward, Punishment, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The population of this research is UMKM employees in Gresik. The sample used in this study was UMKM employees in Gresik with a total of 81 respondents. This study used a purposive sampling method. This research data analysis uses SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that Reward has no significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, and Punishment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance.
