Abstract :
In this era of technological development, many people understand and use technology in their daily activities. The development of information systems throughout the world has made human life easier. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment, and financial performance on job satisfaction with compensation as a moderating variable (an empirical study on employees of PT. Semen Indonesia). The research method used is research included into the type of quantitative research. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Semen Indonesia in Gresik based on the results of the questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study uses the SEM-PLS approach with the help of the WarpPLS 7.0 program. The results in this study prove that: (1) organizational commitment has an effect on job satisfaction; (2) Work Environment influences Job Satisfaction; (3) Financial Performance influences Job Satisfaction; (4) Compensation moderates the effect of Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction; and (5) Compensation moderates the influence of the Work Environment on Job Satisfaction; (6) Compensation moderates the influence of Financial Performance on Job Satisfaction.
