Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of Job Satisfaction, Work-life Balance and Work Environment on the Performance of banking employees in Bitung City. The sample of this research is banking employees in the city of Bitung with the criteria of having a minimum working period of 1 year with a total sample of 132 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires distributed via google form. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that partially which shows a positive influence which shows Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work-life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study can significantly contribute to the recruiters of human resources of different organizations, especially perbankan ones, as it clearly demonstrates how positive contribution can be derived from the employees using appropriate strategies.
