Abstract :
Role of Customer Service is very important because it influences on service
and customer satisfaction are closely related , the service provides an impetus to the
customer to establish a strong bond with the bank , such a bond is in the long term
allows the company to understand carefully the expectations of our customers and
their needs . Bank also provide a variety of ways to make the effort or Customer
Service to work and serve customers well . Efforts are made in order to improve the
performance of Customer Service . The effect of excellent service (Service Excellent)
to the increase in customer satisfaction is the influence which the bank assesses
whether good or bad . In excellent service Customer Service also encountered
resistance and Customer Service should be able to resolve these obstacles.
