Abstract :
Covid-19 is expected to have an impact on the Financial Performance of Energy Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of examining the impact of Covid-19 on the financial performance of Energy companies. 72 energy companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The results of the study show data using statistical calculations through the Statistics Package for The Social Science (SPSS) application regarding the impact of Covid-19 on the financial performance of energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using Profitability Ratios (Return on Assets, Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio) to measure a comparison of financial performance before and after the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the ratio of Return on Assets, Net Profit Margin and Debt to Equity Ratio. The current asset ratio had a significant difference before the Covid-19 pandemic and before the Covid-19 pandemic.
