Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of workload, work stress, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Harma Contractors Indonesia. The sample consists of 119 respondents using the Slovin formula and has characteristics of a vulnerable age of 17-60 years and has at least one year of service. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using a hardcopy questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that workload has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work stress has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
