Abstract :
Bank BNI terminates the employment relationship carried out by the company because internal and external parties are dissatisfied with the performance of employees determined by the company. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of work motivation, leadership style, and work environment on employee performance. The research method uses descriptive and quantitative and the sampling technique uses primary data taken by distributing questionnaires to a total of 64 employees of Bank BNI in the Surabaya area. The results of this study indicate that work motivation, leadership style, and work environment have a significant direct effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that work motivation, leadership style, and a good work environment can create better changes and bring about harmonization within the company.
