Abstract :
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and personality on the financial management behavior of MSMEs in Surabaya. The sample used in this study was 73 respondents. The analysis in this study used the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on the financial management behavior of MSMEs, financial attitudes have no effect on the financial management behavior of MSMEs, and personality has a significant positive effect on the financial management behavior of MSMEs in Surabaya.
