Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of work motivation, leadership, and work environment on the performance of millennial generation employees in the city of Surabaya in the new normal era. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results of the study are above, so it can be concluded that work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of millennial generation employees in the city of Surabaya. so, it can be said that when employees have high work motivation, it can improve the performance of millennial generation employees in Surabaya City. Leadership has no significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees in the City of Surabaya. It can be said that some leaders have not succeeded in improving the performance of millennial generation employees in the City of Surabaya. The work environment does not have a significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees in the City of Surabaya. It can be said that the work environment that exists within the company does not fully affect the performance of millennial generation employees in the City of Surabaya.
