Abstract :
Along with the increasing economic growth in Indonesia, the greater the demand on
the banking system. Modern society requires fast and accurate service. The
development of today's business world demands alertness of banks in providing fast
and accurate service. In this information age banks are required to come forward as a
conduit of information quickly and accurately as well as with financial funds for
various business transactions. PT. Bank BRI is one bank that has been widely
recognized and preferred by many people. In carrying out its activities, PT. Bank BRI
provides a special section duties provide services to customers of PT. Bank BRI
either about the services offered by banks and serve complaints from customers.
Because however, PT. Bank BRI can not simply ignore the needs and desires of its
customers because it is included in the company's goal to provide the best service for
its customers, so that the form of service to be provided in advance has been
programmed in such a way in order to provide the best service. One of the steps
undertaken by PT Bank BRI to provide the best service to our customers is to make a
quality procedures. The procedure is made in order for customer services more
effectively and efficiently. One procedure that is made by PT. Bank BRI is to
make the account opening procedure in order for the customer account opening
process runs smoothly. Based on the points mentioned above reasoning, the authors
are interested to know the procedure of opening a savings account at PT. Bank
Rakyat Indonesia ( Persero ) Tbk .
