Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of working from home, teamwork, work-life balance on job satisfaction at PT Kedawung Setia employees. The sample consisted of 100 employee respondents at PT Kedawung Setia, with a minimum of 1 year working experience. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling because only a portion of the employees at the Kedawung Setia company are taken. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using a hardcopy questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence showing that working from home has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, interaction has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work-life balance has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction
