Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to find out whether the dividend policy, profitability, debt policy and company growth can affect the company's value. The population in this study were infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period using the purposive sampling method so that 70 sample data were obtained that were feasible to test. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy has an effect on firm value. The results of this study also show that profitability, debt policy and company growth have no effect on firm value. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Profitability, Corporate Growth Debt Policy
