Abstract :
Appointment procedure of transfer of title in the country at the state savings bank sharia KCS diponegoro Surabaya problems can be formulated as follows: (1) What are the terms and conditions that must be met in the implementation of the transfer of the State Savings Bank Syariah KCS Diponegoro Surabaya? (2) What is the mechanism of transfer in the State Savings Bank Syariah KCS Diponegoro Surabaya? (3) What are the costs required in the implementation of the transfer in the State Savings Bank Syariah KCS Diponegoro Surabaya? (4) What benefits are gained on the implementation of the transfer in the State Savings Bank Syariah KCS Diponegoro Surabaya? (5) What are the obstacles encountered in the implementation of the transfer in the State Savings Bank Syariah KCS Diponegoro Surabaya? (6) What are alternative solutions for the obstacles encountered in the implementation of the transfer in the State Savings Bank Syariah KCS Diponegoro Surabaya ? Conclusion In general, the implementation of the transfer procedure in the country at all banks are the same.
