Abstract :
This research is a case study research conducted in 2022. The purpose of this study is to assess whether participatory leadership, motivation and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of millennial employees in Banyuwangi. Millennial employees in Banyuwangi are employees of the younger generation with ages from 20 to 28 years. To obtain data, this study used a questionnaire technique with a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis using Warp Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of research and data processing show that participatory leadership, motivation and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of Millennial employees in Banyuwangi.
