Abstract :
This research aims to examine the influence of work stress and happiness on the performance of millennial generation employees in Surabaya. This research sample consisted of 96 respondents from the Millennial Generation in Surabaya, aged 24-39 years. The sampling technique uses Judgment sampling. Analysis uses Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection uses a questionnaire in the form of Google form. The results of this research show that Job Stress has a significant negative effect on Employee Performance, and Happiness has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance.
