Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Job Performance through mediation of Corporate Social Responsibility on millennial employees in Surabaya. The sample consisted of 110 respondents using the slovin formula and had the characteristics of a vulnerable age of 24-39 years and had a working period of one year. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Analysis using path analysis with IBM SPSS Statistic version 29. Data collection using a hardcopy questionnaire and distributed directly to respondents. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Social Responsibility has no significant positive effect on Job Performance, Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on Job Performance, Corporate Social Responsibility has no significant positive effect in mediating the relationship between Transformational Leadership.
