Abstract :
This study aims to see and prove the influence of organizational culture(X1), motivation (X2), and training (X3) on employeeperformance (Y). In this study, the research targets were employees of PT. Dynasty Jaya Mandiri,Surabaya regarding the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and training on employee performance. With a total number of employees at PT.DINASTIJAYA MANDIRI is 80 employees. The sampling method to be used is purposive sampling technique with the aim of obtaining data on all workers or employees of PT. Jaya Mandiri Dynasty, Surabaya. This study uses factual primary data and is taken from the subject directly. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis or Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Motivationhas a positive and significant effect on Performance, Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
