Abstract :
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that have an important role in the economy of the State of Indonesia, both in terms of the jobs created in it and in terms of the number of businesses. MSMEs are the most important pillar in the Indonesian economy. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and human resource competence on the performance of food and beverage MSMEs in Surabaya. The data collection method uses questionnaires. The sample collection technique used in this study is snowball sampling. Results are analyzed descriptively and WarPLS. This research shows that financial literacy does not affect the performance of food and beverage MSMEs in Surabaya, financial inclusion and human resource competence affect the performance of food and beverage MSMEs in Surabaya.
