Abstract :
Setting the stock of merchandise is one of the important things in inventory management. With the existence of standards that regulate the stock of merchandise in the company, operational activities in the company will run more effectively and efficiently. GOTA Minimarket is a relatively new modern store. In managing the stock of merchandise, they still use the manual method and carry out their activities based on instructions from superiors. In the absence of written regulations, this raises several obstacles in managing the stock of merchandise in the warehouse. This study aims to develop standard operating procedures for managing merchandise stock at GOTA Minimarket. The method used in this study is a descriptive approach by conducting interviews and observations in collecting data. Later the SOP that has been made will be implemented by GOTA Minimarket so that warehouse operations run better Keywords: stock, warehouse, standard operating procedure
