Abstract :
Plantation industry is one of the sectors within the agricultural industry in Indonesia that contributes significantly to the country's revenue through export activities. However, many farmers in Indonesia have not fully optimized their distribution activities to maximize their revenue. The aim of this research is to design and assess the impact of implementing the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the distribution of harvest results from Berkah Tani Sukardjo. The research was conducted using a descriptive approach with data collection methods involving interviews and observations. The findings of this study consist of a distribution SOP for Berkah Tani Sukardjo, and the implementation's impact indicates improved efficiency in distribution activities and a reduction in issues such as delayed harvesting and communication errors among workers.
