Abstract :
This research uses primary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from the original source in the form of interviews, opinion polls from individuals or groups (people) or the results of observations of an object, event or test result (object). Questionnaires or questionnaires are also used to obtain this data. According to Sugiyono, (2019) a questionnaire is a data collection technique that is carried out by giving a set of questions or written statements to respondents to answer. The questionnaire or questionnaire used in this research is a closed type of direct questionnaire or questionnaire because the respondent only needs to mark one of the answers that is considered correct. And by using the Linkert scale to determine the score for each question in the distributed questionnaire.
