Abstract :
The program is the participation of state governments in an effort to improve the ability of small businesses to be resilient and self-reliant through the use of funds from the profits of SOEs is given in the form of working capital loans. Opportunities capital provided by the government has been utilized by official cooperation of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Department of Transportation and LLAJ East Java Province. Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Department of Transportation and LLAJ East Java province still do not know the impact of CSR on the health of the cooperative, this study aims to determine the soundness of official cooperation of the Republic of Indonesia Department of Transportation and LLAJ Surabaya province before and after the administration CSR CSR. With descriptive quantitative testing conducted by the results of the whole component and based on the predicate level health impact of CSR on the health of the Department of Transportation and LLAJ KPRI Surabaya is no impact because both before and after delivery of health co-operatives CSR levels are at the title of "Fit". Impact of CSR on the level of health provision KPRI LLAJ Surabaya Transportation Department and can be seen from the increase in capital ratio is the ratio of equity capital to total assets can be seen in a more cooperative SHU up, and the ratio of the management of the planning of longterm employment after the grant of CSR .
