Abstract :
Millennial employees have different characteristics compared to employees in previous generations. Millennial employees tend to change jobs if they don't feel suited to their job. This phenomenon is called turnover intention which ultimately has an impact on the performance of millennial employees which decreases and does not match the performance expected by the Company. This research aims to determine the effect of job crafting mediated by work engagement on the performance of millennial employees in East Java. The population in this research is millennial employees in East Java. The data collection method is done online by distributing questionnaires via Google Form media. With a total sample of 102 respondents. The data that has been obtained will be analyzed using SMART-PLS version 4.0 and the results obtained are that the variables job crafting and work engagement have a significant and positive effect on employee performance, the variable job crafting has a significant and positive effect on work engagement and work engagement partially mediates the effect of job crafting on employee performance
