Abstract :
The increasingly rapid development of Information and Communication technology has changed the way humans carry out various activities, one of which is in the banking sector. In the development of technology and information, the banking sector uses it to meet customer needs and facilitate customer operations by using accounting information systems and technology such as mobile banking. This study aims to analyze the influence of technology acceptance model using mobile banking on customer satisfaction in bank in Indonesia. The population and sample used in this study were customer bank who used mobile banking. The sample used was customer bank who used mobile banking in Surabaya area. The sample collection technique in this study was by accidental sampling method and 130 research samples were obtained. The data used is primary data with multiple regression analysis as a data analysis technique with a support software tool called SPSS and Microsoft Office Excel software program. Based on the result of this study, it has been shown that usefulness, ease of use, and trust as a instrument of technology acceptance model using mobile banking affect the customer satisfaction in bank in Indonesia.
