Abstract :
The work environment is a place where employees carry out activities every day. The aim of this research is to examine and describe the influence of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The data in this research is primary data directly obtained from gold shop employees in Lamongan Regency. This research uses the MRA (Multiple Regression Analysis) analysis method. Multiple linear regression is useful for modeling the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable with more than one independent variable. The research results show that the influence of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
