Abstract :
Inventory report is a record or summary of inventory stock owned by a company or UMKM. The data obtained in the preparation of financial reports is data from observations, interviews, documentation, and literature studies at the Cahaya Baru Gold Shop. These data indicate that the recording of inventory reports is done manually. Based on this, this study aims to record gold inventory reports at Cahaya Baru gold shop based on Microsoft Excel for the period July 2023. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with the results obtained, namely recording gold inventory reports with Microsoft Excel which can minimize the occurrence of recording lost and speed up the preparation of inventory reports and can find out the total amount of gold inventories.
