Abstract :
This study aims to examine the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Zeelandia Jember. The sample consists of 100 respondents using the Slovin formula and has characteristics of a vulnerable age of 17-40 years and has at least one year of service. This sampling technique uses Random Sampling. Analysis used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and data collection used a hardcopy questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Leadership Style and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance.
