Abstract :
This research aims to determine and test the influence of the Influence of Compensation and
Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT JASAMARGA Surabaya City. This research
is research that uses quantitative research methods. In this research, the targets studied by
researchers were employees at PT JASAMARGA Company in Surabaya. The population in this
study was around 53 employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The
research results state that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance
while Work Discipline does not have one has a significant effect on employee performance at
the PT JASAMARGA Company, Surabaya City. These results indicate that employees are not
satisfied with their jobs.
