Abstract :
This study aims to analyse the effect of price, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in the use of Specs brand futsal shoes in Surabaya, the population and sample in this study are consumers who have bought and used Specs futsal shoes domiciled in Surabaya with a total of 130 respondents. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires online through whats app groups. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques use statistical test tools with SPSS software. The results of this study state that price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; and price, product quality, service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
