Abstract :
Production process control is an activity to ensure that the implementation of production process control is in accordance with a predetermined plan and there are corrective or corrective actions if there are deviations. Control of the production process must be carried out before the process, during the process, and after the process that is until the final result is known. Thus the control of the production process has an important role that will maintain the smoothness, effectiveness and efficiency of the production process in a company so that production results are as planned. This study aims to determine the control of the Tofu production process in the Tofu Industry Mrs. Hana in Ledok Kulon Village, Bojonegoro District, Bojonegoro Regency. The type of research used in research is qualitative descriptive research. The data analyzed were sourced from in-depth interviews and observations of 1 key informant and 1 non-key informant. The results showed that the control of the production process carried out by the tofu industry Mrs. Hana has established the control of the production process to ensure the smooth running of the production process.
