Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. The eternal red pine branch in Denpasar. The sample in this study are employees who work at PT. Denpasar branch of Eternal Red Pine. The sampling technique used saturaded sampling or cencus while collecting data using questionnaires distributed directly. The results showed that all variables (financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and organizational culture) in the study had an influence on the performance of employees at PT. Denpasar branch of Eternal Red Pine.
