Abstract :
Credit is a financial facility provided by a bank for a person or business entity who wants to borrow money to buy a product or other needs and pay according to a predetermined time period. This final project describes the procedure for distributing multipurpose loans to civil servant customers at PT. East Java Regional Development Bank Tbk. Capem Injoko, data were obtained using interviews and documentation methods, data were analyzed using descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. Based on the research results obtained that the prospective applicant's credit application process has a web BKD to speed up the credit application process, based on the results of this analysis it can be concluded that Bank Jatim Capem Injoko carries out the credit distribution process in accordance with applicable procedures.
