Abstract :
This research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance mediated by work engagement of millennial employees in
East Java. The sample consisted of 82 millennial employee respondents in East Java, with a minimum of 6 months of experience. This sampling technique used purposive sampling because all millennial employees in East Java were taken. Analysis uses Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection uses a questionnaire in the form of a shoft file. The results of this study show that there is a positive influence which shows that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work engagement has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, Transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on work engagement, work engagement mediates a positive and significant influence on Transformational leadership and employee performance.
