Abstract :
In realizing a good work system to facilitate the process of purchasing transactions as a whole, a fintech system update is needed to facilitate transactions and also increase pelanggan satisfaction when shopping for products at PT Kode Niaga Tama because fintech at this time has become a necessity for easy transactions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. This qualitative method describes some of the data that has been collected through the process of observation, interviews, and documentation with the informants. Ease of payment is a factor that is the most important consideration for pelanggans in buying and selling or doing business transactions today. Looking at these factors, business people can make payment convenience a top priority in influencing pelanggans to buy products from the company
