Abstract :
Gojek, certainly wants to provide their best services to minimize the customer?s complaint. One of the efforts made by Gojek is to service their customers using transparency, so that all information is conveyed clearly. Transparency is also expected to increase brand loyalty to the customers. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Transparency on Brand Loyalty. The data collection process was carried out by distributing 200 questionnaires with questions on a Likert scale. The sample was taken using a non-probably sampling method. The results of the answers from filling in the questionnaires will be processed and analyzed using Smart PLS. The results of this analysis explain that Transparency and Brand Trust have a significant positive effect on Brand Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty, as seen with the P-Values number.
