Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the differences in workload during Work From Home (WFH) and Work From Office (WFO) and their influence on work life balance and performance. Apart from that, this research also analyzes work life balance as a variable that mediates the effect of workload on performance. The sample for this research was 186 people from the total employee population of PT Pertamina Retail of 360 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and is analyzed using the Paired T Test, Linear Regression, and Path Analysis. The research results show that there is a significant difference in workload during WFH and WFO, workload has a negative and significant effect on work life balance, workload has a negative and significant effect on performance, work life balance has a positive and significant effect on performance, work life mediates the balance of the relationship between Workload and Performance
