Abstract :
The intention to own a credit card currently has its own charm for the people of Indonesia because its presence simplifies and cuts the flow of payment transactions. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of income level on perceived financial cost, income level on perceived self-efficacy, education level on perceived financial cost, education level on perceived self-efficacy, income level on behavioral intention to own, education level on behavioral intention to own, perceived financial cost on behavioral intention to own, perceived self-efficacy on behavioral intention to own, income level on behavioral intention to own through perceived financial cost, education level on behavioral intention to own through perceived financial cost, income level on behavioral intention to own through perceived self-efficacy and education level on behavioral intention to own through perceived self-efficacy. This type of research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study were 210 BCA credit card holders in Surabaya using a convenience sampling technique. The analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the analysis in this study are that income level has a significant effect on perceived financial cost, income level has a significant effect on perceived self-efficacy, education level has a significant effect on perceived financial cost, education level has a significant effect on perceived self-efficacy, income level has a significant effect on behavioral intention to own, education level has a significant effect on behavioral intention to own, perceived financial cost has a significant effect on behavioral intention to own, perceived self-efficacy has a significant effect on behavioral intention to own, income level has a significant effect on behavioral intention to own through perceived financial cost, education level has a significant effect on behavioral intention to own through perceived financial cost, income level has a significant effect on behavioral intention to own through perceived self-efficacy and educational level with recognition significant influence on behavioral intention to own through perceived self-efficacy.
