Abstract :
The Priority Cycle Savings is a type of savings account specifically designed to provide comfort and privileges to customers during transactions. Bank Jatim offers various facilities with this savings product, ranging from debit cards to electronic channels, enabling customers to enjoy various conveniences in their transactions. This research adopts a quantitative approach, specifically a causal or cause-and-effect relationship within the quantitative research type. The scale utilized in this study is the Likert Scale, designed for measuring individuals' or groups' attitudes, opinions, and perceptions regarding social phenomena. Hypothesis testing in the research is conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with AMOS version 21. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality, Product Quality, Brand Image, and Brand Trust, simultaneously through Consumer Satisfaction, significantly influence Consumer Loyalty in customers of the Priority Cycle Savings product at Bank Jatim's Bangkalan Branch.
