Abstract :
This study aimed to determine the influence of third party deposits, non-performing financing, and good corporate governance on profitability in Islamic banks in Indonesia. The independent variables in this study used third party funds as measured by the comparison of wadiah savings funds and non-profit sharing investment funds to total assets, non-performing financing as measured by the comparison of problematic financing to total financing, and good corporate governance as measured by the reciprocal of the composite score. While the dependent variable in this study used profitability which is proxied by return on assets (ROA). The population of this study is Islamic commercial banks registered with the financial services authority in the 2017-2022 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, so there are 54 observation data were processed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that third party fund savings don?t have a positive effect on profitability, non-performing financing has a significant effect on profitability, and good corporate governance has an insignificant negative effect on profitability.
