Abstract :
This research aims to test and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work environment, compensation on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on permanent employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Sikka Regency area who have worked for at least 1 year. With a total sample of 44 respondents collected using the purposive sampling method and the analysis technique used was the multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The results of this research are that Transformational leadership style, work environment and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT PLN (Persero) employees in the Sikka Regency area, transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of PT PLN (Persero) employees in the Sikka Regency area, the work environment has no effect on the job satisfaction of PT PLN (Persero) employees in the Sikka Regency area, compensation has a significant positive effect on the job satisfaction of PT PLN (Persero) employees in the Sikka Regency area.
