Abstract :
The aim ofthis research is to examine and analyze the eff ect ofjimding policy, dividend policy, profitability and .firm size simultaneously and partially on jirm value. This study lIses causal research. The data source for this research is secondary research. The sampling technique in this study was to lise pUiposive sampling method The research population is a lnanufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data llsed is secondmy data sourced from the publication of annual reports obtained from www.idx.co. id and the Indonesian Capital iVfarket Directmy. The analysis technique uses Multiple Regression Analysis (AiRA). The results of the study show that fimding policies, dividend policies, profitability andftrm size simultaneously affectfirm value. And fimding policies, dividend poliCies, profitability and firm size partially affectftrm value. Future researchers are expected to be able to lake other variables that can affect company value.
