Abstract :
This study tries to evaluate and at the same time find out the effect of applying job enrichment, enlargement and psychological well-being on job satisfaction either directly or mediated by employee performance factors at PT. X Cibitung Branch. The research population was 119 employees of PT. X Branch Cibitung Bekasi using a saturated sample. Collecting data with questionnaires, but the questionnaires that returned amounted to 70 questionnaires so the sample used was 70 respondents. Data analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). The results showed that Job enrichment had a positive but not significant effect on satisfaction, Job enrichment had a positive but not significant effect on performance, Job enlargement had a negative but not significant effect on satisfaction, Job enlargement had a positive and significant effect on performance, Psychological well-being had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction , Psychological well-being has a positive and significant effect on performance, Employee performance has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, Job enrichment has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction through employee performance, Job enlargement has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction through performance, Psychological well-being positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction through performance.
