Abstract :
Bank Tabungan Negara as one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), which is categorized as a large company, it is necessary to pay attention to, evaluate and formulate strategies in providing employee engagement, motivation and the right culture to its human resources, so that it can improve employee performance which can have a positive impact on company.
This research aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at Bank Tabungan Negara. The data used in this research is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to employees of the Bangkalan Branch of the State Savings Bank. The population in this study were 42 employees at the Bangkalan Branch of the State Savings Bank. Determination of the sample using population studies. data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be stated that employee engagement and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance at the Bangkalan Branch of the State Savings Bank. Motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at the Bangkalan Branch of the State Savings Bank.
