Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of managerial performance carried out by Century Healthcare Indonesia by analyzing the Total Quality Management and Reward System that has been implemented by Century Healthcare Pharmacy in Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data collection technique used is the convenience sampling method by distributing questionnaires to employees who have middle hierarchy or equivalent to managers and supervisors. The data analysis technique used in this study SEM-PLS with SMARTPLS tool. The results showed that the Total Quality Management and Reward System made the managerial performance effectiveness of Century Healthcare Pharmacy improve, but not significantly. The effectiveness of managerial performance at Apotek Century Healthcare can improve significantly due to the application of various other methods, not only from Total Quality Management and Reward System methods.
